We provide our telephone number on Order Confirmation e-mails and replies to
e-mailed requests. We do this to avoid disruption to our business by unsolicited sales calls.

If you prefer to pay by cheque (rather than online) you can send this together with a print-out of your completed Shopping Pouch page (make sure you have met the minimum order value).

Distance Selling Regulations
When purchasing from kangaroo kards, your rights are fully protected under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
We aim to post out orders generally within 24 hours of receipt although some small delays may occur during staff holiday periods (typically March and August).
You have the right to change your mind after you have ordered and can cancel an order within seven working days (starting the day after the cards are received). The Regulations stipulate this cancellation should be in writing (e.g. by letter or e-mail).
The cards should be returned in the condition they were received in, together with the original packaging. You should pay the return postage and a Proof of Postage Certificate - these are free - or even Recorded Delivery would be wise (as would enclosing a copy of the cancellation letter or e-mail in the package).
We will process a full refund of the Order Value (or the appropriate percentage if you are keeping a percentage of the Order) generally within 24 hours of receipt of the returned cards.
